When will I get my order?
Most orders are shipped by next business day.
Can I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

How do you calculate sales tax on my order?
Orders with billing addresses in Minnesota will be taxed at the current MN sales tax rate. Orders with billing addresses outside of Minnesota will not be taxed.
How do I cancel and change an order?

What I ordered isn't what I expected. Can I return it?
Sure thing. Send an email to service@stuntpuppy.com and with your order number and what you are returning and why. Then we'll send you return instructions.
What's your Domestic Shipping and Delivery Policy?
Stunt Puppy uses USPS, UPS or FedEx for shipments to provide our customers with the lowest rates available and best service. The majority of orders are shipped within one business day. You can also contact one of our dedicated Customer Service Team Members through our Contact page.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. We will include the tracking number so that you may track your order.
What's your International Shipping Policy (Outside of the USA)?
Stunt Puppy uses USPS for standard shipments and UPS for express shipments to provide our customers with the lowest rates available and best service. All orders are shipped and delivered only Monday through Friday. Please refer to the Shipping Rates for information regarding domestic shipping rates and express shipping options. You can also contact one of our dedicated Customer Service Team Members through our Contact Page.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
Stuntpuppy.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.
